Job Description
KIDAN is looking for technically-minded professionals to join our team as trusted IT Solution Advisors. Whether you’re an experienced IT professional or a newcomer eager to grow your skills, this role offers a great opportunity to move into a more strategic and client-facing position.

As an IT Solution Advisor, you’ll help organizations across Switzerland find the right solutions for their IT challenges. You’ll work closely with enterprise clients, understand their needs, and guide them through our portfolio of cutting-edge tools from partners like ManageEngine and Zoho.

You don’t need a background in sales—just a strong foundation in IT, curiosity for new technologies, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them assess IT challenges and explore solutions
  • Present and explain KIDAN’s portfolio of software and services, including IT management, cybersecurity, and automation tools
  • Collaborate with clients to build tailored solution proposals
  • Respond to inquiries, prepare offers and RFPs, and support negotiations
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding and follow-up experience, working with technical teams when needed
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and help clients get long-term value from their solutions
  • Stay informed on product updates and industry trends
  • Represent KIDAN at client meetings, conferences, and events

 

Requirements
Your Profile

  • Experience in IT infrastructure, support, engineering, or similar technical roles is a plus – but newcomers with a strong interest and motivation to learn are very welcome
  • Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with IT stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset
  • Interest in solution design, consulting, or business development
  • Fluency in English, German and/or French is a plus
  • Based in Switzerland and willing to travel for meetings and events

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with ManageEngine, Zoho, or other IT management platforms
  • Previous experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or IT project delivery
  • Ability to work independently within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
